Piccolo-Saaaan

I love this whole series of pictures. They're from a DBZ calender that I found at minitokyo. I've only got the Piccolo one done so far but the Gohan one is about...45% finished. The rest in the series are Trunks, Goku, Vegeta and Bulma. I'm hoping to get all of them done before I get arthritis in my painting hand.

This one took forever! I was literally finishing it in the motel room at 4 in the morning the night before Sakrua-con started so that I could put it in the art show.

The title is because I can't think of Piccolo's name without hearing Little Gohan's voice calling out for his Piccolo-saaaaan. Those two are so cute. One of the first couples that other people slash that I don't really. They are perfect enough as friends without dragging more stuff into the relationship.

Piccolo is awesome, but man was that alot of green and purple. I almost wanted to leave it just those two colors because it looked really cool but that would have driven me crazy.

From Trace to finish was 88 hours. Sooo worth it though.

Edit: I found Piccolo's voice actor Christopher R. Sabat at a con and was able to get it signed!
